Job Summary

As an IT Operations Expert at Riverty, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation and client success by managing API-based integrations. Your daily responsibilities include configuring RESTful interfaces, managing credentials and webhooks, and conducting comprehensive testing (Contract, Integration, and E2E) to ensure seamless system performance. You will act as a technical consultant for internal sales teams and external partners, advising on best practices for lean integration scenarios. Beyond implementation, you will drive the continuous improvement of the integration landscape by developing standards, templates, and documentation such as API specifications and onboarding guides.
