Job Summary
As a Calibration Technician at SPEKTRA in Dresden, you will be a key member of a precision-focused team responsible for the entire calibration lifecycle of dynamic measurement quantities such as acceleration, force, and pressure. Your day-to-day activities involve performing functional checks, executing precise measurement procedures, and generating official calibration certificates and protocols. Beyond standard testing, you will maintain and repair sensors, measurement chains, and test benches while contributing to the continuous improvement of quality management processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technician, Physics Laboratory Assistant, Physics-Technical Assistant, or a comparable technical qualification with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Measurement Technology, or Electronics.
Experience
- Professional experience in handling dynamic measurement quantities such as acceleration, force, or pressure
- Practical experience in the assembly and operation of electronic, electrical, and fine mechanical devices
- Experience in creating measurement protocols and calibration certificates
- Preferred experience with calibration laboratory processes or ISO 17025 standards
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and adjustment of sensors and test benches
Languages
Additional
- Must be able to read technical data sheets and understand software interfaces in English. Location-based role in Dresden with specific core working hours (10:00-14:00).
