Job Summary

As a Security Systems Service Technician in Essen, you will play a critical role in protecting people and property through the installation and maintenance of high-tech security solutions. Your daily responsibilities involve the independent installation and programming of diverse systems, including fire and burglar alarms, access control, and video surveillance. You will be responsible for conducting measurements and tests according to industry standards (DIN VDE, EN 54), performing maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems, and providing technical documentation. A significant part of the role involves direct customer interaction, including conducting on-site training and briefings.
