This role involves the critical coordination of underground utility lines for complex urban infrastructure and public transport projects within the Hanover region. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will conduct utility surveys, manage route information for water, electricity, and gas, and lead coordination meetings with utility providers and planners. You will be responsible for creating technical route allocation plans, integrating results into CAD drawings, and overseeing the financial aspects of utility relocations, including cost verification and budget monitoring. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering; alternatively, qualification as a Certified Technician (Bautechniker), Master Pipe Fitter (Rohrnetzmeister), or vocational training in pipeline construction with extensive experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or pipeline construction
- Experience in coordinating with utility providers and public authorities
- Proven track record in technical planning or construction phase management
- Long-term professional experience required if applying with a vocational background in pipeline construction
- Experience working with relevant technical standards and norms
