Job Summary

As a Junior Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance and quality standards within a pharmaceutical production environment. Your daily responsibilities include the independent organization, execution, and monitoring of Change Control processes in accordance with cGMP and ISO requirements. You will utilize the JIRA 'ECC' module to process site-specific changes and coordinate with various stakeholders, including R&D and international subsidiaries. Additionally, you will manage non-conformity processes, approve deviations, and lead Deviation and Material Review Boards. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the Life Science sector, supported by the FERCHAU Academy's extensive training programs. You will be responsible for drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all pharmaceutical operations meet rigorous regulatory benchmarks while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive technological advancement in healthcare.
