This role is based within the Staff Unit for Digitalization and Public Relations for the District Office of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptual development and maintenance of the regulatory office's website and social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, X). Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, creating promotional materials like flyers and posters, and providing technical advice on improving user-friendliness and accessibility through digital tools. A key focus is the optimization of business processes through digital support. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, completion of Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration, preferably within a regulatory authority (Ordnungsbehörde)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant administrative role (at least EG 8 level or equivalent)
  • Experience in managing and developing social media accounts and digital platforms
  • Experience in drafting official statements and press releases
  • Experience in process optimization and digital transformation projects
