Job Summary

As a Mainframe Processing IT Expert at the State Center for Data Processing (LZfD), you will be responsible for managing daily mainframe operations using the Automic Web Interface (AWA) job control tool. Your day-to-day activities involve maintaining and evolving testing environments, troubleshooting technical issues within BS2000 systems, and supporting the implementation of new procedures and technologies. This role is critical for the IT services provided to the Baden-Württemberg financial administration. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT processing or mainframe environments
  • Experience with BS2000 and process automation using AWA is highly desirable
  • Practical knowledge of Linux environments is an advantage
  • Several years of relevant IT professional experience required for career changers without a degree
