Job Summary

This role is centered on managing and validating printing infrastructure for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end validation of new hardware and drivers from major manufacturers like HP, Kyocera, and Lexmark before they are deployed to clients. Your day-to-day will involve setting up test environments, creating templates for driver management, and documenting print and scan quality. Beyond testing, you will act as a technical expert solving complex printer-related issues and supporting large-scale rollouts within the 'Managed Service Workplace Print' product line. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on hardware testing, network integration, and high-level technical support.
