Job Summary
As an Overhead Line Route Planner, you will be responsible for the technical planning, verification, and documentation of overhead line routes. Your day-to-day work involves creating crossing certificates according to DIN EN 50341 and managing project documentation such as site plans, profile plans, phase planning, and tension tables. You will develop planning variants in coordination with project stakeholders and evaluate technical offers. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to provide expert advice to your team while ensuring all planning and permit documents meet specific layouts and data sheet requirements. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or vocational training in a technical or planning field (Electrical Engineering, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning and routing of overhead power lines preferred
- Experience in creating technical specifications, drawings, and layout documentation
- Proven experience in technical planning and calculations for candidates entering from other electrical engineering backgrounds
- Professional background in electrical engineering, surveying, or civil engineering
