As an IT Application Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution using the 'appeleon' agile environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting in-depth business and requirement analyses, performing data modeling, and building high-quality applications through a Zero-Coding platform. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization and usability design to creating test cases and managing tasks to ensure 'in-time' and 'in-budget' delivery. This role is unique because it allows you to build complex software solutions without traditional programming, focusing instead on logic, data structures, and user experience. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Experience in conducting business and requirement analyses directly with customers
  • Proven track record in data modeling and solution conceptualization
  • Experience in creating system documentation and conducting user training
  • Background in project and task management to meet budget and time constraints
