Job Summary
As an Electrical Project Engineer in Magdeburg, you will take full responsibility for the planning and execution of electrical engineering projects across all HOAI service phases, specifically focusing on cost groups 440, 450, and 460. Your daily activities involve the dimensioning, design, and calculation of building technology systems, while providing expert consultation and cost estimation for challenging construction projects. Working within a multidisciplinary general planning team, you will collaborate closely with architects and other engineering specialists. This role is particularly attractive for professionals who enjoy technical problem-solving and are eager to work with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom, flexible working hours, and a structured onboarding process within one of Germany's leading architectural and general planning firms, supported by continuous professional development through an in-house academy.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (University/Fachhochschule)
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning of electrical systems is preferred
- Experience in project management and execution across all HOAI phases
- Practical experience or strong interest in BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodologies
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration within general planning teams
