Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of complex data migrations for clients in the health and property insurance sectors. You will play a key role in the further development of the 'msg.Migration Factory' solution, which includes defining migration strategies, programs, and specialized tools. Your daily work involves analyzing large volumes of insurance data using modern data analytics methods and managing the underlying infrastructure, including scripts and relational databases. Beyond technical tasks, you will lead client workshops and contribute your expertise to project strategy. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of variety, flexible working models (including remote options and part-time availability from 32 hours/week), and a structured onboarding program designed to integrate you into a team-oriented, non-hierarchical environment.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in software development, preferably within the insurance industry or a software house
Extensive experience in handling and processing large data volumes
Proven experience with object-oriented programming and relational database systems
Experience in conceptualizing and implementing complex migration strategies
