Job Summary
As a Facility Management Expert in Erlangen, you will take full responsibility for the steering and coordination of real estate and space management. Your day-to-day activities involve planning and implementing technical projects across utility, electrical, and automation engineering sectors, specifically for laboratories, production areas, and test fields. You will oversee maintenance and renovation measures, manage fault reports, and coordinate all necessary building services, including the procurement of operating equipment. A key part of the role involves the selection, supervision, and billing of external subcontractors for structural changes. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience

Languages
Additional
