Job Summary

As the Head of Facility Management at the Laubach Education Center, you will lead, coordinate, and organize the technical operations and building services for a major German social insurance institution. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Certified Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Trades, or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology with further training as a Technical Business Administrator (Technischer Fachwirt).

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in building automation, fire protection, or emergency power systems
  • Professional experience in personnel leadership, motivation, and development
  • Experience in managing budgets and coordinating construction/maintenance measures
  • Proven experience in technical facility operations and maintenance

Languages
