Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the electrical infrastructure at a specialized glass production facility in Upper Franconia. As an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman or Technician, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and installation of electrotechnical devices and systems, ensuring smooth plant operations through effective startup and shutdown procedures. You will play a key role in electrical maintenance, focusing on process optimization to reduce downtime and improve spare parts management. Beyond technical tasks, you will assist with cost calculations and quotations, with a long-term perspective to transition into the Deputy Head of the Electrical Workshop. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in the field of Electrical Engineering; further qualification as a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) is desirable.

- Professional experience in electrical engineering and industrial plant maintenance
- Experience in project work and process optimization
- Experience in independent fault analysis and rectification of technical systems
- Experience in commercial tasks such as cost calculation and quotation requests
