Job Summary
This role at Stollenwerk-Krämer GmbH in Essen involves the comprehensive planning and site supervision of technical building equipment (TGA) for diverse projects ranging from schools and office buildings to power plants and biomass facilities. As a key member of the engineering team, you will handle all project phases according to HOAI, including the design of electrical systems and sprinkler systems, preparation of technical specifications, and energy concepts. Required Skills
Education
University degree (TU/FH) in Electrical Engineering, or qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in the relevant field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management or project leadership
- Professional experience in planning and site management for technical building services
- Experience in handling all HOAI service phases
- Proven track record in coordinating multiple trades on construction sites
