Job Summary
This role involves the maintenance, repair, and inspection of industrial machinery and equipment in Hallschlag. As a key member of the technical team, you will diagnose faults, manage spare parts inventory, and document all maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to identify and implement process improvements. For candidates holding a Master's certificate (Meister) and instructor qualification (AdA-Schein), the role can expand into a leadership position as a Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK). In this capacity, you would oversee apprentice training, lead staff development, and collaborate with plant management on risk assessments and safety protocols. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification. For the senior leadership track, a Master Electrician certificate (Elektromeister) and an Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein) are required.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial plants and machinery
- Experience working within an industrial environment is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make critical decisions during repairs
- For leadership roles: Previous experience in personnel management and staff development
- For leadership roles: Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety analyses as a VEFK
