Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation for the City of Wiesbaden by managing and configuring central IT systems. As a member of the Application Management team, you will day-to-day oversee city-wide applications including electronic files, work management software, and AI tools. You will act as a bridge between technical services and administrative departments, advising on business process optimization and leading digitalization projects. A key part of the position involves collaborating with external service providers to evolve systems and conducting training for staff. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Business Administration, or qualification for the higher administrative service (e.g., Verwaltungsfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in Organization, IT, or Change Management projects is preferred
- Practical experience in process management
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code programming is an advantage
- Experience in leading or participating in digitalization projects
- Experience in planning and conducting software training
