Job Summary
The Deputy Laboratory Team Lead will play a pivotal role at the Lutherstadt Wittenberg site of the BUDICH Group, a leading manufacturer of cleaning and disinfection products. In this position, you will be responsible for the continuous optimization of analytical procedures and application tests, while managing both internal and external complaints. You will oversee audit preparations for the Quality Assurance and Laboratory departments and lead cross-functional projects. A key part of your daily routine involves supporting the disciplinary and technical leadership of the laboratory staff, including capacity planning and workload organization. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Technician, or a comparable qualification in a chemical profession.
Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a chemical laboratory environment
- 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a professional setting
- Experience in chemical analysis and application testing procedures
- Proven track record in organizational management and structured problem-solving
