Job Summary
This role involves leading and instructing individuals with disabilities within the electrical vocational training department at BWB-Südwest. As a Group Lead, you will be responsible for the professional planning and creative implementation of vocational training concepts, helping participants prepare for future employment. Day-to-day activities include designing individual education plans based on competence profiles, teaching practical and theoretical electrical skills, and documenting the personal development of participants. You will also provide person-centered assistance, including basic care and support during medical situations when necessary. This position is ideal for a qualified electrician who is passionate about social inclusion and innovative educational methods. The role offers a stable 35-hour work week with no weekend shifts, competitive public service pay (TVL), and a high degree of creative freedom within a supportive team environment dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field; Special Pedagogical Additional Qualification (SPZ) is desirable or requires a willingness to acquire it.
Experience
- Professional experience in the electrical field through completed vocational training
- Pedagogical experience in working with young adults is highly desirable
- Experience in creating educational and learning materials
- Experience or willingness to work with people with disabilities
- Experience in implementing innovative educational approaches
