Job Summary
As a Telecommunications Electronics Technician in the greater Lübeck area, you will be the face of the company for residential customers, performing essential field service tasks on behalf of Deutsche Telekom. Your daily responsibilities include the installation and troubleshooting of DSL connections, as well as the setup of routers and small home networks. Beyond technical maintenance, you will also be responsible for the marketing of additional products to clients. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in setting up and troubleshooting DSL connections and routers
- Experience in installing and configuring small residential networks
- Background in field service or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience in the marketing or sale of additional telecommunications products

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to travel within the greater Lübeck area (including Bad Oldesloe, Pinneberg, Norderstedt, and Bad Schwartau).
