Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma, Master's, or PhD) in Physics, Photonics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, processing, and managing R&D projects
- Practical experience in conducting and evaluating experiments on research and production systems
- Proven background in optics and laser technology
- Experience in the design, manufacture, and characterization of optical coatings is preferred
- Experience in scientific working with a strong practical focus
