Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the execution of electrical engineering construction projects, specifically focusing on power supply systems of various scales. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring technical and economic specifications are met for medium- and low-voltage systems. Your day-to-day will involve technical project preparation, clarifying details with clients, negotiating with stakeholders, and coordinating with site managers to ensure smooth assembly processes. You will also play a key role in preparing tenders, service specifications, and conducting final site inspections. This position is particularly attractive due to its long-term perspective in a family-run company of corporate size, offering 30 days of vacation, structured onboarding, and a choice of working from offices in either Berlin or Cottbus. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician, or a completed University Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Power Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the industry, ideally in the handling of power supply projects
  • Professional experience in technical project preparation and coordination of project participants
  • Practical knowledge of German contract law (VOB and BGB) specifically for construction and engineering
  • Experience in coordinating assembly processes with site managers and conducting site visits
