As the central point of contact, you will guide customers through the entire lifecycle from initial consultation to successful deployment. A significant portion of your daily activities will involve conducting training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using the software. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of project management and technical consulting. You will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for users while ensuring that business processes are accurately mapped within the system.
