Job Summary

This role focuses on ecological and soil science construction supervision for renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Northern and Central Germany. As a Project Associate, you will ensure compliance with nature conservation and soil protection regulations during the planning and construction phases. Your daily responsibilities include creating specifications for construction companies, monitoring protected zones and species on-site, and developing soil protection concepts and landscape management plans. Additionally, you will support contaminated site management, planning and conducting geological and hydrogeological sampling, and evaluating results based on legal guidelines. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in ecological or soil science construction supervision
  • Experience in nature conservation and species protection compliance during construction projects
  • Experience in planning and conducting environmental sampling for soil and groundwater
  • Experience in creating technical reports, maps, and environmental assessments
  • Experience using GIS software and environmental modeling tools
