Job Summary
As an EDI Specialist at Taiyo Yuden's European headquarters in Fürth, you will be the central point of contact for electronic data interchange across the EMEA region. Your daily responsibilities involve monitoring incoming and outgoing EDI messages such as ORDERS, DESADV, and INVOIC, while utilizing 'Lobster Data' software to analyze and resolve process errors. You will play a critical role in creating and optimizing mappings for various formats including UN EDIFACT, SAP Idoc, and XML. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as a communication bridge between IT, internal departments, and external business partners to implement new interfaces for ERP, CRM, and AS2 systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable background.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of EDI or system integration
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B processes
- Experience in creating and optimizing technical mappings
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a technical interface role
