Job Summary

This role involves working at the Hedwigsburger Okermühle, a historic and successful medium-sized milling operation in Wolfenbüttel-Kissenbrück. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day quality control of raw materials and finished products. Your primary tasks include performing sensory, chemical, and physical analyses on incoming goods, production samples, and loading samples. You will also conduct specialized grain analytics, record all data into the IT system, and report any deviations to the shift miller and Quality Assurance management.
