Job Summary

This role at the Office for Information Technology (AIT) involves the end-to-end development and management of critical IT systems for the tax administration. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer and Product/Service Owner, you will bridge the gap between creative development and operational stability. Your daily responsibilities include planning and implementing digital work processes, managing office template systems (LibreOffice, Collabora, MS Office), and developing automation solutions using macro programming. You will be a key player in the Office Competence Center, ensuring that tax office employees have functional, modern software tools. The position is unique because it combines hands-on technical development with strategic product ownership, including user training and collaboration with national and state-level authorities. You will work on both state-specific programs for Schleswig-Holstein and nationwide 'KONSENS' tax software projects, providing a high-impact environment where your work directly supports the efficiency of public administration and tax investigation services.
