Job Summary
As a Remote Service Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, specializing in troubleshooting and fault rectification across various sectors including food retail, theme parks, and public facilities. Your daily responsibilities involve the maintenance and repair of equipment parts and accessories following specific technical instructions. Operating from your home base, you will conduct daily field service visits within a 100km radius, performing diagnostic assessments and documenting all activities via a company tablet. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work and direct customer interaction. Experience

- Experience in independent on-site customer service and professional representation
- Experience in documenting technical tasks using digital tools
- Proven ability in manual repairs and following technical instructions
