Job Summary
This role is central to the operational efficiency of the BG Trauma Clinic Murnau, a specialized 'Green Hospital PLUS' facility. As a Patient Flow Control Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and documentation of central patient management steering formats. Your day-to-day will involve tracking defined measures and decisions, maintaining and developing steering and Open Point List (OPL) overviews, and preparing status reports on risks and open issues. You will work closely with department leadership to ensure transparent information structures and structured measure management. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in healthcare management or business administration who possess strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Health Management, Business Administration with a focus on Hospital Management, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a completed vocational training in healthcare or a commercial field with additional qualifications in process or project management.
