Job Summary

As a Product Support Engineer at Bizerba, you will serve as the central technical point of contact for industrial weighing systems. Your daily activities involve providing high-level technical support to service technicians and customers via telephone and remote maintenance, with occasional on-site deployments. You will be responsible for analyzing error messages, developing structured solutions, and creating technical documentation for the service organization. A unique aspect of this role is your involvement throughout the entire product development process, ensuring service requirements are integrated into new designs. You will also conduct training sessions and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for select clients. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration within a modern manufacturing environment that offers flexible working hours and mobile work options.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field; or advanced vocational training as a certified Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical service (entry-level or several years)
  • Experience in analyzing technical errors and developing solutions
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and service materials
  • Experience with PLC and industrial communication protocols
