Job Summary
As an Electrical Team Lead at GIG Group, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating a specialized team of electricians in their daily technical operations. Your core responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and installations across various facilities. You will act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and colleagues, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Beyond technical execution, you will manage material requirements and provide cost estimates for upcoming projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Installer.
Experience
- Multiple years of professional experience in the electrotechnical field
- Initial experience in professional or disciplinary leadership, or a strong desire to transition into a management role
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and fault rectification of electrical equipment

- Valid Class B driver's license required; willingness to participate in on-call standby services; willingness to travel between various deployment sites.
