As an IT Systems Engineer specializing in Scripting and Automation at ServeCom, you will be the driving force behind optimizing and streamlining IT operations. Your daily responsibilities involve developing PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks, managing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) systems, and ensuring the reliability of managed services. You will identify automation potential within complex IT infrastructures to simplify processes, secure quality, and save time. Beyond automation, you will handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks and systems while providing high-quality technical support to business partners. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or demonstrably comparable professional knowledge.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems integration or a related field
- Proven experience in PowerShell scripting or comparable automation languages
- Experience in the integration, configuration, and management of RMM systems
- Experience in planning, installing, and maintaining IT systems and networks
- Professional experience in troubleshooting and error analysis using scripting tools
