As the Team Lead for the Plant Control Center, you will spearhead the establishment and continuous development of an internal monitoring hub for energy systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating efficient processes for plant monitoring, fault management, and escalation structures. You will analyze operational data to evaluate performance and ensure early detection of technical issues. Once the department is established, you will transition into a leadership role, building and managing your own team of specialists.
