As an Application Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the stable and efficient operation of one or more applications within the Supply Chain domain. Your day-to-day activities involve managing incidents, performing root cause analyses, and coordinating releases, patches, and feature updates. You will act as a vital bridge between business departments and IT teams, translating functional requirements into technical tasks while managing stakeholder expectations. The role requires monitoring application performance through KPIs and optimizing alerting systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in application management or a comparable IT role
- Experience in managing end-to-end application operations and support processes
- Proven experience working at the interface between business and IT departments
- Experience in coordinating internal teams and external service providers
- Background in handling technical migrations and architectural changes
