As the Head of Building Administration and Planning Law for the city of Immenstadt im Allgäu, you will lead a critical department responsible for the urban development and legal framework of a vibrant community of 14,500 residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing urban land-use planning, managing development and redevelopment contracts, and providing legal assessments for building permits and planning inquiries. You will act as a key advisor to builders and planners while preparing essential resolutions for the City Council. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or qualification for the third qualification level of the 'Administration and Finance' career path, or successful completion of the Administrative Specialist Examination II (Fachprüfung II).
