Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the technical building management for the District of Friesland's public property portfolio. As a Technical Administrator in Building Management, you will ensure the safe, economical, and energy-efficient operation of technical systems across all district-owned buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing maintenance concepts, managing service contracts, and supervising construction, renovation, and repair projects. You will also be responsible for expanding building automation systems and conducting energy controlling and budget monitoring.
