Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Technician for a full-service IT provider in Munich, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT environments for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your daily activities include commissioning, maintaining, and documenting customer IT systems, troubleshooting network issues involving routers and firewalls, and managing Office365 environments. You will work across Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems to implement custom IT solutions and provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
