Job Summary

This role is for a Deputy Head of Switchgear Construction in Dresden, Germany, offering an opportunity to join a strong team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the switchgear construction production area, acting as a representative for the department head. Key daily tasks include coordinating with project management, planning, and quality assurance teams, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency. The role also involves capacity planning, material selection, price negotiation, procurement, and the analysis and optimization of organizational and technical processes. Ideal candidates will possess an engineering degree in electrical engineering or have equivalent experience as a technician or master electrician, coupled with leadership skills and a strong understanding of switchgear construction and relevant regulations.
