As a Security Systems Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of critical safety infrastructure, specifically focusing on Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS). Your daily routine involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of both wired and wireless security solutions for commercial and private clients. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting, performing remote and on-site repairs, and ensuring all systems are programmed and parameterized according to strict industry standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field, such as Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Information Electronics Technician, Communication Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in security technology, specifically with Intrusion Detection Systems (EMA) and Fire Alarm Systems (BMA).
  • Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic systems.
  • Experience working with relevant technical standards and regulations such as DIN, VDE, and VdS.
  • Professional experience in customer-facing roles and technical instruction.
