Job Summary
As a Concrete Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in quality assurance for industrial concrete production at a market-leading facility in Austria. Based in the factory laboratory and at the mixing plant, your daily responsibilities involve sampling and testing raw materials, intermediate products, and finished concrete according to strict normative standards. You will perform fresh concrete tests such as slump and flow tests, calibrate moisture sensors, and conduct compressive strength tests on hardened concrete. A key part of the role is collaborating closely with the mixing center and production teams to adjust recipes and ensure consistent product quality. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a relevant field; 'Concrete Technology 1' certification is required (or must be obtained promptly); willingness to complete 'Concrete Technology 2' training.
Experience
- Completed vocational training with initial professional experience
- Ideally several years of practical experience in concrete and building materials technology
- Experience in performing specific sampling and investigations according to norms
- Professional experience in creating test reports and documentation

- Work location is Gunskirchen, Austria. Must be willing to work directly at mixing plants and laboratories. Includes responsibility for calibrating moisture probes under various weather conditions (heat, cold, drafts).
