Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Management (Dipl. Verwaltungswirt / Bachelor of Arts), Public Finance (Dipl. Finanzwirt / Bachelor of Laws), or a comparable qualification qualifying for senior financial public service.

Experience

  • Professional experience in municipal financial law and accounting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of approximately 10 employees
  • Experience in budget preparation and medium-term financial planning
  • Experience in the preparation of annual financial statements for public entities
  • Experience in handling public grants and subsidies
