Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a related field, supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification or an equivalent professional certification.
Experience
- Professional experience in maintenance and fault analysis of industrial systems
- Experience working within food technology or hygiene-critical production environments
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams and external service providers
- Experience in training and developing technical apprentices
- Proven track record in structured planning and documentation using SAP and MS Office
