Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Building Equipment (TGA). Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician is highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical building management or the operation of commercial real estate
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operator responsibility (Betreiberverantwortung)
- Experience in managing external service providers and commercial object responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership competence and organizational strength
