Job Summary
As a Senior IT Systems Administrator and Architect at H World International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the group's IT landscape. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing and evolving the IT infrastructure, managing Windows Server and VMware environments, and overseeing data center hardware lifecycles. You will be the strategic lead for endpoint management, VDI environments (such as Citrix), and business continuity strategies. Beyond technical administration, you will spearhead IT projects, coordinate external service providers, and lead small to medium project teams. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in an IT-related field, or a comparable vocational training/qualification through relevant professional and project experience.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in operating Windows Server and virtualization environments within medium to large enterprise IT landscapes.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing modern IT system architectures.
- Experience in the technical leadership of small to medium-sized project teams and external service providers.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT projects from planning through to documentation and knowledge transfer.
