As a Technical Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative and operational success of technical projects within a professional facility management environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating essential project documentation such as offers, project authorization forms, and supplement forms, as well as managing tickets and customer orders. You will also take an active role in environmental audits and provide backup support for scheduling and dispatching operations. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in creating project documentation, offers, and supplement forms
- Experience in office administration and ticket management
- Proven experience in independent, goal-oriented work and service-oriented communication
