Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the independent coordination and management of construction sites focusing on communication networks as well as low and medium-voltage systems. Your day-to-day involves overseeing projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are executed economically and on schedule. You will lead a diverse team of fitters, skilled workers, and temporary staff, while also managing subcontractors and material logistics. A key part of the role is maintaining high standards for quality management, health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) guidelines. This position is particularly attractive because it offers a secure, permanent contract under the IG Metall collective agreement, a company car for private use, and a regional focus that ensures you are home every evening. You will act as a central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and authorities, driving project optimizations and team success.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, plus a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) degree in the electrical field, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Construction Manager or in a coordinating function
  • Experience in the fields of low and medium voltage is preferred
  • Experience in team leadership and resource scheduling
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and external service providers
