As a Process Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical management and optimization of business-critical applications, including Business Process Automation (BPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Document Management Systems (DMS). Your daily routine involves acting as a key point of contact for internal departments and external partners, designing automated workflows, and developing technical interfaces. You will lead sub-projects independently, conduct user training workshops, and strategically advance the existing system landscape, particularly within the M365 environment.
