Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., Road Maintenance Worker, Road/Traffic Technician, Draftsperson, Asphalt/Pipe/Road/Hydraulic Builder). Preferably a qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsperson in Road Construction.
Experience
- Professional experience in the construction and maintenance of roads, paths, and public squares
- Experience in construction site management, including supervision and invoice verification
- Proven background in coordinating technical road inspections and infrastructure maintenance
- Experience in public administration or municipal construction projects is preferred

- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use a private vehicle for business purposes is required. Candidates without the 'State-Certified Technician' qualification must be willing to complete the training (supported by the employer with a 4-year retention agreement).
