Job Summary

As the Technical Real Estate Manager in Hamburg, you will take full technical responsibility for a portfolio of over 2,000 residential units within a stable housing cooperative. Your day-to-day role involves steering maintenance, modernization, and new construction projects from initial planning through to final acceptance. You will manage the technical annual budget and lead a dedicated team of 13 facility managers (Hausmeister). A key focus of this position is the strategic development of a climate-neutral housing stock.
